EVENT: Internet keeps glitching — random drops, phantom reconnects
SIGNS:
  - Pages half-load then freeze
  - Streams pixelate / buffer loop
  - Audio distortion over VoIP
  - Router lights blink irregularly

ATMOS:
  - Heavy static presence
  - Possible signal interference or ghost handshake

THEORY:
  - Local ISP tunnel instability
  - Paranetwork bleedthrough
  - Neighbor’s mesh repeater anomaly?

ACTION:
  - Rebooted router → no real change
  - Logged all MACs in range
  - Switched to mobile tether @ 21:21

NOTE:
  This began after unknown BLE pings → hcitool lescan returns ghost MACs
